GpharmaBio fills pre-filled pen cartridges for third-party companies, for the products advertised on this site. The material is ours — synthesised, purified and released in Freiburg — and the filling line, the release panel and the certificate are the same ones the range on this site goes out under.

The sequence is one of ours
Traceable to the campaignA contract run is filled from material GpharmaBio has synthesised, purified and released itself, against the sequences already advertised here. That is the whole basis of the offer: the assay history, the retained powder and the analysts who signed for it are in the building, so a cartridge can be traced back through the lot record to the resin it was assembled on. We do not fill material supplied from outside, and we do not fill a sequence the catalogue does not carry.

Enquiry
Tell us the sequence from the published range, the fill per cartridge, how many pens the run is for and where it is going. Anything already fixed on your side — artwork, cartons, a date — is worth saying in the first message.

Scoped and quoted
We come back with what the run costs, what the lead time is against the campaign calendar, and anything about the specification that will not work as asked. A run is quoted against a named sequence and fill, so the figure does not move once the lot is scheduled.

Campaign and release
The material is synthesised and purified on the ordinary campaign, dried, and put through the six-assay release panel as powder. Nothing is filled before that panel has been signed by a second analyst.

Fill, label and dispatch
The released lot is compounded, filtered at 0.22 µm and filled the same shift. Pens are labelled from the lot record, packed one to a carton against a single lot and dispatched on cold packs with the certificate for that lot.
