Two ways to settle an invoice.
We accept BACS bank transfer in Euros, US dollars, Pounds Sterling or over 100 other currencies, whichever you pick at the checkout; or a payment link sent to your phone, issued by GpharmaBio against the same invoice.
What we accept

BACS
Bank transfer · one account, every invoiced currencyA proforma invoice, then a standard bank transfer.
We raise a proforma against your billing details and send it with the full account information — sort code and account number for GBP, IBAN and BIC for EUR, and the same IBAN with the SWIFT routing for a US dollar transfer or any of the hundred-odd other currencies we will raise an invoice in. The invoice is raised in the currency you picked at the checkout and you settle that figure.

Payment link
Sent to your phone · in the invoiced currencyThe same invoice, settled without raising a transfer yourself.
The link is issued against the same invoice number and for the same figure a transfer would be, in the currency the invoice was raised in, so the order is settled once whichever route you take.

- Asked for on WhatsApp, quoting the invoice number on the document

- Issued against the invoice number, for the invoiced figure
- Issued by GpharmaBio — no payment details are ever entered on this site
- Cancellations
- Any time before the box is picked. Once a lot has been allocated and packed it cannot be returned to stock — a pen that has left the building is no longer a pen we can certify.
- Short or damaged deliveries
- Photograph the box before unpacking it and write to GpharmaBio within three working days. Replacements go out on the next dispatch against the same lot where one is still on the shelf.
- Refunds
- Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been placed.
