BPC-157
Body Protection Compound 157
A fifteen-residue partial sequence of human gastric juice protein, synthesised by Fmoc SPPS and purified to a single dominant peak.
BPC-157 is our highest-volume reference peptide and the one most often ordered against a published protocol. Each batch is assembled by Fmoc solid-phase synthesis on Wang resin, cleaved with a TFA scavenger cocktail, and purified over a C18 column with a 0.1% TFA / acetonitrile gradient. We collect only the apex fraction — the shoulders go to waste rather than into your vial, which is why our yield per synthesis is lower than the trade average and our area-percent is higher. Residual solvent is driven off over a 34-hour lyophilisation cycle, and the cake is sealed under argon in 3 mL borosilicate before crimping.
