Research use only, without exception
Every catalogue number, every fill and every presentation on this site.
The material is manufactured for laboratory research: in vitro work, analytical method development, reference standards and instrument qualification. It is not a drug, a food, a food supplement, a cosmetic or a medical device, and it holds no marketing authorisation in any territory. The registrations printed in our footer cover a facility, a quality system and an accredited test laboratory — none of them is an approval of a product, and none of them makes anything here a medicine.
Not for human or veterinary use
No lot leaves here for administration to a person or an animal.
Nothing supplied is intended, packaged, labelled or released for consumption, injection, infusion, inhalation, topical application or any other route of administration to a human or an animal, and nothing supplied is for diagnostic or therapeutic use. It is not sterile pharmaceutical product, it is not compounded for clinical use, and no lot has been through the clinical qualification that would be required before it could be. Buying research material on the understanding that it will be administered to somebody is a breach of the terms of sale and ends the contract on the spot.
We publish no dosing or administration guidance
Not on a page, not on a certificate, not in a message from GpharmaBio.
You will not find a dose, a schedule, a route of administration, a titration, a cycle or a protocol anywhere on this site, in our artwork, or in any reply from GpharmaBio — and this is deliberate rather than an oversight. Guidance of that kind is guidance about using the material in a human being, which is the one thing it is not for. Asking GpharmaBio for it will get you a polite refusal and nothing else; if you need clinical information, the person to ask is a qualified medical practitioner.
For qualified buyers, at 18 or over
Sold to laboratories, businesses and institutions rather than to consumers.
Orders are accepted from research organisations, laboratories, educational institutions and businesses whose personnel are competent to handle research chemicals, and from nobody under the age of 18. Handling, containment, risk assessment and disposal on your own premises are yours to establish and to document. Local law is yours too: a substance that may be supplied for research here may be controlled, restricted or prohibited where you are, and it is your responsibility to know that before you order.
The analytics
We publish figures, not conclusions.
This laboratory publishes more analytical detail than most: net peptide content beside area purity, the oxidation fractions an area-percent figure would hide, copper occupancy measured rather than assumed. Precisely because those figures are real, it matters what they claim — and what they do not.
What a certificate is
- A record of what was measured on a specific lot, on a specific day, by named methods, against stated acceptance criteria.
- A published document rather than a claim — it carries its own lot number and an eight-character security code, so a sheet you hold can be checked back against the one we issued.
- The specification the goods are warranted to, and the thing a complaint about the material is answered by.
- Repeated on every lot rather than issued once for a product: a re-release under a new lot is a new certificate with a new code.
What it is not
- A statement that the material is safe, effective, or suitable for any purpose beyond the analysis printed on it.
- A pharmacopoeial release, a GMP batch certificate for a finished medicine, or evidence of clinical grade.
- A guarantee that your own assay will reproduce our figures — reconstitution, storage and method are yours, and a purity figure says nothing about how a peptide was handled after it left.
- Transferable to material that has been opened, decanted, repackaged, relabelled or passed on. At that point the chain we can vouch for has ended.

A certificate describes material as it was released and packed. A cold-chain parcel left on a receiving dock, a vial reconstituted into the wrong buffer or a pen stored at room temperature is material we can no longer stand behind, however good the figures on its sheet were.
- Storage as supplied
- Lyophilised material is supplied for frozen storage; the pen must be stored in a refrigerator at 2°C–8°C (36°F–46°F), do not freeze. Storage conditions for a given lot are printed on its certificate and on the label, and those are the conditions the release figures were established under.
- Handling
- Handle as a research chemical of unknown hazard: appropriate containment, appropriate protective equipment, and a risk assessment written by somebody competent to write one. We do not supply a hazard assessment for your premises and cannot write one for you.
- Disposal
- Unused material, empty vials and used pens are laboratory waste and go out through your own waste stream under the rules that apply where you are. Nothing supplied is to be passed on to a third party for administration to anybody, which includes passing on what you did not use.

Illustrations are illustrations
The vial artwork, the pen figures and the chromatogram traces on this site are drawn to show what a product and a release look like. A trace rendered on a marketing page is a representation, not the instrument output for the lot you are buying — that lives on the certificate, and the certificate is what to read.
Copy is not a specification
The catalogue copy describes what a sequence is studied for and why it is difficult to make well. It is written for technically literate readers and it is written honestly, but it is not a specification and nothing in it adds to or varies what a certificate says. Where the two ever appear to differ, the certificate governs.
Research context, not endorsement
Where a page names a research area, a receptor family or a published finding, it is describing the context the material is studied in. It is not a claim that our material produces that finding, and it is not an endorsement by any institution, authority or third party named.
Availability and change
The catalogue, the range and the figures on this site change as lots are released and withdrawn. We keep the pages current and correct errors as we find them, but we do not warrant that every page is complete or free of error at every moment, and a page is not a substitute for asking GpharmaBio.
Third parties we point at
Batch verification is carried out at an independent testing house, and the pen panels send you to www.AnalyticaRheinLabs.com to enter a batch number and read the result there. Sites we do not own are outside our control and outside our responsibility, and linking one is not an endorsement of anything else on it.
No professional advice
Nothing on this site is medical, veterinary, legal, regulatory or scientific advice, and reading it creates no professional relationship of any kind. Decisions about handling, use, import or compliance are yours, taken on your own competent advice.
Where responsibility sits
We answer for
the material.
What the material is, what it was measured at, and that it left here correctly identified and packed — those are ours, and a complaint about any of them is answered by re-reading the retained sample. What is done with it afterwards is not something we can see, control or take on.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Gpharma Laboratories GmbH accepts no liability for loss, injury or damage arising from any use of the material outside laboratory research, from any administration of it to a human or an animal, or from any failure to handle, store or dispose of it properly once it has been delivered. Use of that kind is expressly outside the purpose the material was supplied for and outside anything we are able to foresee or control. Nothing on this page limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for intent or gross negligence, or under the German Product Liability Act.
This disclaimer forms part of our terms and conditions of sale and is read alongside them. It is governed by German law, and the courts of Freiburg, Germany have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of it with a business buyer. If any part of it is unenforceable, the remainder stands.
